My vote is for the cheaper hotel
Also, anybody out there that would want to consider sharing a room?

Online Fusing Presentation
For anyone interested, I did an online fusing presentation a few weeks back on making sushi type trays with a pattern bar design. It is a step by step description with pictures. It has just been archived at http://www.ebsqart.com/Education.asp under Fused Glass in the Live!Archives on the left side ...

Leslie- I am having the same problem with my Evenheat big oval. I emailed them about the problem and they sent pins for a fix and suggested using needle nose plyers to pinch the elements together to shorten them. But, I was looking around their site and noticed that the lids on the ovals now have zi...

Melissa, along with going more slowly yo can also try to increase the thickness of your slices a bit. I find that the thicker the slices, the less breakage I have. Melissa, As you get very close to the end of the cut, the glass becomes very thin and will snap with the slightest force. So, when you g...

I have my work in 1 high end retail shop and 1 gallery. Sales are fine, but I would love to find more of the same and am not really sure the best way to go about it. The 2 that I do have were both word of mouth hook ups, but I have yet to go out on my own and approach anyone (shop or gallery) Not kn...

Re: Angle grinders
Thanks, Steph. I am guessing if you had a way t stabilize the piece, you could probably work the edges as well? Might be a better alternative to a big, cumbersome belt sander if space is an issue. Thanks again, Lisa Hi Lisa, When Doug Randall showed it in his coldworking workshop, he used it to grin...

Felisatti question
Is this tool meant to replace a standing wet belt sander or is it for a more specific purpose? I have had a belt sander on my wish list for a while, but ultimately don't really have the room for it. But I would have the room for this hand held.....especially if it would serve the same purpose. Thanks

Re: Lovely
Hey Ron, it looks pretty thick, could you share your annealing schedule? Thanks:? Ron, it's so lovely! If you made it freestanding on the shelf... was your process similar to making, say, a large & wide bracelet (looking at the opening) with a lid & floor? Love it. Barbara The sides, 3 piece...
