What size holes in pendants are you going to drill??The smallest bit on drill press is 3/32". Bigger holes will give a fair amount of chip-out on the back. I always drill a 1.25mm hole with diamond bit in a flex-shaft dremel.

I've used Elmers and Weldbond. Just a very small dab is all you need. Usually a dab the size of a pin head is enough.

I've been using the same pair of cheap Taiwan runners for 30 years and they work great. About $15 or so retail.

I do small pieces such as perfume tops (covers) in different shapes and sizes and use crushed glass in molds (i prepare from plaster) to do them. The crushing/heating/ polishing and grinding is all done by hand, I want to set up an operation to do mass production ( more than 2000 pieces/month ) The...
