Gluing Transparent coloured glass to white board?

Hi
I want to glue a glass painting to a white base board without the glue showing underneath the transparent glass, any ideas?

Dichro Question

I am just about to fuse some dichro glass cufflinks. One problem I always find is that once fired there is a black surround of the dichro glass when I am using dichro with a black base. Can anyone suggest either through firing sched or other ideas that I can have only dichro glass showing?

Re: Air Bubble in large panel when slumping.

Yes, I have raised it off the kiln floor to let the air escape through the air holes.

Air Bubble in large panel when slumping.

Hi, when slumping a large panel 8" x 15" on a wave mould I always get a large air bubble in the middle of the piece. I have air holes in the mould. The only thing I can think that is causing it is that panel is slight thickness differences in the panel.

Re: Thermal Shock Cracking Whilst Slumping

I have just slumped a dish 11" square. The total thickness of the dish is 6mm, Bullseye glass. The kiln that I am using is a Paragon Fusion 8. The firing schedule whilst annealing is 522c for 1 hour. When I opened the kiln there was a clean crack along the centre of the dish. There must be some...
