Re: Too much chipping
I have had this exact problem.
To make a very LOOOOONG story short, I finally put on a blade stiffener.
Cured ALL of the chipping as well as tracking problems.

Re: Dried up
Just a thought. I have a small ultrasonic cleaner left from when I was doing jewelry, and decided to give it a try. I put some h2o in three bottles and fired that sucker up. After about 1 hour the paint in the bottles had all reconstituted itself. NOW, for the TE pens. I unscrewed the tip and put so...

Re: Dried up
That sounds like a heck of an idea. fill the spaces between the bottles with sand to keep them from moving. Shake is a general term. A back massager has a second use in this case. I must admit being tempted to fill a paint can with dried bottles well capped and taking them to a paint store for havin...

How long did you have to shake it?
I just shook 2 bottles quite vigorously for 10 min. each with almost no reconstituting

Re: How best to cut 6mm glass?
I agree, But I have found that this running plier is the best economically speaking. Also a Toyo "tap wheel" cutter is a great help. Jim http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/319JEn6HIBL.jpg The strip cutting principle that makes it easiest is to cut pieces of glass in half. So if you have...

Why would I want to consider changing? Does the rtc 1000 offer any advantages? Jim They also make the RTC 1000. You might want to look at that one. Typically, Bartlett supplies the board attached to the front of the controller. You need to add a separate power supply. They will give you the spec. ht...
