I have had this exact problem.
To make a very LOOOOONG story short, I finally put on a blade stiffener.
Cured ALL of the chipping as well as tracking problems.

Just a thought. I have a small ultrasonic cleaner left from when I was doing jewelry, and decided to give it a try. I put some h2o in three bottles and fired that sucker up. That sounds like a heck of an idea. fill the spaces between the bottles with sand to keep them from moving. Shake is a general term. A back massager has a second use in this case. I must admit being tempted to fill a paint can with dried bottles well capped and taking them to a paint store for havin...

How long did you have to shake it?
I just shook 2 bottles quite vigorously for 10 min. each with almost no reconstituting
