Thank you brad Casting in vermiculite board ( or in that can be best) carved with Cnc i that i have in my mind of course need to find the best material and try best (wet) separator. Of corse need to be enough strong material. I also want to test calcium silicate an Alumina Silicate board. Any help H...

Calcium silicate boards need to be pre-fired ? or harndnered with hardnering liquid?
While Vermiculite boards seems not need hardnered : but need pre-fired ?

never got devetrification neither stress with polaring films.
In my second fusing i clean more and better and results was eccellent.ok

I know it is a difficult question the mine.
It is important to find a right material to able to be carved and that glass not stick on it even if using wet kiln wash or BN.

I changed fiber board on bottom of the kiln and during new tests wtih 6mm float glass i got big bubbles....
