Mold Making idea

I am thinking of a way to make a slumped "finger labyrinth" bowl or platter. My idea is to use silicone caulk to laydown a bead for the labyrinth. Then to frame around it and cast it in Plaster/Alumina mix. Then use this as a mold to slump into the labyrinth. Sound plausable? Ideas for a r...

I'm wondering how others who might have this problem are dealing with it? I have been making and selling a large quantity of an item which leaves a good bit of oddly shaped clear scrap. I have boxes of it. I have tried incorporating it into other items..Fish, Garden Octopi, etc but still have large ...

I generally use USPS and figure that if the cost should happen to be higher..I'm subsidizing the first class mail system...they need all the help they can get. Brad..being in NC you should be supporting KrispyKreme.

I use a product called "Rag on a Roll" which is a large roll of papertowel material impregnated with nylon webbing, they are fairly durable, absorbent and lint free, also disposable. Diapers and old T shirts also make it into the studio.
