I was just doing that today for the first time. Outside and it was cold here too. I put on some of those rubber exam gloves and then a pair of work gloves with the little rubber dots. Like a wet suit for your digits.

Here it is. Fires much higher than Images, and I haven't used it but have seen good results.

Thanks Tom. It was cone 5 or 6 that I picked up. I think it was an Amoco product. Good thing I put it back. I've yet to find a ceramic store around here that's still in business. At the craft store I did get some paperclay that I've heard of here, and will give that a go today.
