it is a volume issue. there is onlyone layer over and under the paper. the glass wants to be 1/4" thick and so pulls in towards the middle leaving spikes. you can fuse at a lower temp to try and avoid this or add some more glass to the problem areas. r. edit. or sand/grind.

Yep. Wall elements schedules need to be slower with a more conservative bubble squeeze. I do not know of any practical way to get rid of bubbles. R.

i see no reason to hold at 75 (or any other temp) on the end of the program. the glass does not care how cold it is. rapid temp changes are the only real worry.
