Re: CONTOUR fuse spectrum96 opal glass
Brad, Thank you for the explanation ! I now understand it is the glass (and not the firing). I was thinking about grinding the glass with a 45 degrees angle (as far as possible of course). What do you think about this ? Jan

CONTOUR fuse spectrum96 opal glass
Hello!
I have troubles with this contour fuse: the edges of Dark Green (220-76) becomes lighter green and Chestnut (211-74 gets lighter edges.
I have no idea why ? And... is there something to do, to get it the right colour ?
Thank you for your help, Jan

Armstrong glass, possible or not ?
Hello, a week ago I did slump glass destined for Stained glass(producer unknown - transparant with some orange) with good result. Got courage with this result and I could buy (cheap) 2 plates of Armstrong, with colours I did like. Did fuse the plate with white and blue (2 layers), and for your infor...

Floatglass Break Help
Hi all! Did make a contra-mold from (only) plaster in order to make a mold. And from the made-mold I wish to make a ceramic mold (for more firings) I lay 1 piece of Float on the plaster mold and just open the kiln: The glass has in the middle a crack. (see the image, link below) Due to.................

Had to try a potmelt
Hi!
I like your potmelts! Great! Have to try it myself soon.
A question: what is the diameter of these potmelts and the thickness ?
Oh, and the diameter of the flowerpot?
