hello friends.
i have prefired fiber shelf paper before use it with fusing projects.
did i use in prefiring also hardener on it??
any helps will be appreciate.mike

I think what you are asking is: Do you prefire the paper before you put hardener on it?

The answer to that question is no. You soak the paper in hardener, let it air dry (or dry it in your kiln at about 90 C). If you want to sand the dry paper you can, then add more hardener to the areas made soft by sanding.

Once it is dry you can fire it to 700 C to harden it. Be sure to vent your kiln for both drying and hardening firings since you will be burning off water and binders.
