Digital controllers replacement options

Post by Michael Stevens »

I'm. here in. china and all I have access to is ceramic kilns and the digital controllers don't allow for cool down and anneal once temperature reducēs. no cool down AFAP options. so. I manually have to restart an annealing firing schedule when the kiln reaches 510. which sometimes I. miss.

can I purchase a digital programmer from skutt or another recommended brand and use that? or would wiring it to the thermal couple be too. much hassle.
which controller would be the best for reasonable. price ands do they have compatible for our electricity. here 220 Watts 50 cycle I. believe

Yes, you can buy a controller from Skutt for your kiln. The controller requires 24 volts AC of power and 12 volt coil relays.
