Pieces of kiln stuck in fused glass

A few small pieces of my kiln apparently fell onto my glass when I closed the lid prior to fusing. Any way to remove them from the fused glass?

Drill, grind, or sandblast them out, fill with frit or something else and refire.
Or cut the offending parts out and reuse the clean pieces.

More important- if they didn't come from dropping the lid (you should have opened and checked before firing), you need to fix whatever's causing the debris.
