Custom stand

I made a landscape that turned out pretty well but felt like it needed something. I dug through my collection of granite discards and took an appropriate piece to a local blacksmith. A little collaboration and voila! Much better.

I like the picture, the feeling of light between the trees and betwen the leaves in the foreground. It's beautiful. And this granite and iron stand is just what it needed in order to highlight its mood.
