Craftworkers Catalog

I have just received an application to sell my work through the Craftworkerscatalog.com. A published catalog who sells your work by printing the pictures of your work on their catalog and also through their website. The catalog is for 6 months starting in the month of September, they also take the pictures of your work if you do not have professional pictures at the moment,. They take a 17% commisssion of your sales only. And you buy a spot on their catalog for 249.00 for a 1/4 of a page. They also give you a rebate check of 10% of your catalog net sales to help you with your shipping cost.
Steve Powers&Co. is the publisher and owner.
The question is: Has anybody ever heard of this catalog?
Has anyone done good business this way?
I would like to find out if it is worth it before I go for it.
By the way I heard from them through the Crat Report Magazine.
Any comments would be appreciated.
Thanks
