Any one want to make a custom pen holder?

:?: Hi everyone,
I have a client who would like to have a custom pen holder made, but it's out of my league. He wants a fused glass base, kinda tiffany style, with a cala lily pen holder.
He's really nice, I just don't know how to do what he would like.
