Wow - sort of surprised to click on here and see my name where I didn't put it. My eyes got big and I thought , "Oh boy - what did I do now" Barbara is right about it being upsidedown, but it was nice of you to post it. I sure would love to see other people's work - any more pictures? I love pictures.

Hi Jackie... Now that Paul's given me a private lesson in posting pix, I'm gonna go turn your photo around & post it again. Also his photo... perhaps a bunch o' photos...Jackie Beckman wrote:Wow - sort of surprised to click on here and see my name where I didn't put it. By the way... I thought of you during the recent PDX heat wave (you'd laugh at it tho cause it barely hit 100 I think...) I took a thick piece from the kiln while I still couldn't handle it... wrapped in warmed newspapers of course... & took it home. The concept of thermal shock takes on a different practical meaning in your furnace-like clime, no? My piece was just fine, by the way.
