everone loves glass

Hey guys I just wanted to share an ego booster for us all. I was in an airport and went to the concession counter for a bottled coke. They had run out of cold ones, so I left. About an hour later, it was a long layover, I went back to get something else and the girl asked if I had been there earlier. I said yes and she replied "I thought so. I remember your necklace." I was wearing a pendant of fuse glass about an inch square mounted on a leaf bail. No dichroic in this piece that automatically draws the eye to the piece, just spring green with touches of brown, blue and maybe a smidge of yellow. Made my day and reaffirmed my belief that everyone loves anyting glass. Ann
