Re: Brave Reasons
Very cool. Is that the ultimate configuration....leaning and unmounted?

Re: Brave Reasons
No, they are both triptych wall pieces.
I just leaned them to shoot them quick.
Thanks for looking Don.

Carol,
For me , this is much more than 'cool', those are really good pieces.
'Brave' is great, IMHO.,
Like I said, astounding.

Re: Brave Reasons
Thank you to you all for looking and commenting on these pieces.
They are the 2nd and third wall pieces I've made, and no figures in them! Ah!
Strange for me. Not that I am moving away from my guys, this is just a different
line of thought I have had for a while. Working on something for the wall rather then something
you can move around and see from every side is new to me. A different way to build.
I am working another one, and it has my guys in it, so we'll see.
Below is the first wall piece I'd made, which lead to the two already posted here.

Love them Carol. The white spontaneous line work in Brave guides my attention and interest over the entire piece.

Your work is so enjoyable to look at. The delightful whimsy comes through even without your guys.

Yeah, well, me craved, me wanted, me NEEDed that first gorgeous golden tangerine piece (and if you think it was wonderful in that picture, you should have seen it in person--it positively glowed. We had it in our booth and it stopped people in their tracks).Annemarie Elstner wrote:Me crave, me want, me need

Did my very best to buy it and she wouldn't sell it to me. Waaaaaaah. But the lady who did buy it cried the first time she saw it, and cried even more when Carol sold it to her...so I don't guess I can complain too much. It went to a very loving home.

Yes, you can complain, and I feel your pain I want the first one, and the golden one you wanted too. I see them here, in my mind, on my wall, clearly. How are you Cynthia, I miss you guys.Morganica wrote:Yeah, well, me craved, me wanted, me NEEDed that first gorgeous golden tangerine piece (and if you think it was wonderful in that picture, you should have seen it in person--it positively glowed.
