System 96 Fusers' Reserve reviews

I've heard that System 96 wants feedback on their Fusers' Reserve packs but don't see where one can post a review on their site. I've emailed them about my preferences but have not heard back yet.
I have ordered the Fusers' Reserve a couple of times. The first time I got a beautiful streaky white, orange with pinkish, opal. I would love for this one to be offered as an individual sheet. I haven't gotten that one again.
There are a couple of others I would like for them to offer.
Some others,like the murky browns, I have seen on sites like Delphi that others don't like them either.
Is there a certain place to give them feedback?
Or have I done the correct thing in just emailing them?
