How to add time during firing?

I have a rampmaster II and I would like to add additional annealing time. Is there a way to do this during the fire? The only thing I see in the manual is to push the pause button and temp. Should hold the same for an additional 30 min. Is this correct?

To add time with a Ramp Master II:

While holding at temperature, press the 4 key one time. 5 minutes is added to your temperature hold time. You may use this feature as often
as you like keeping in mind that each time you do it adds 5 more minutes to your hold time.
