gold and silver enamels

Post by Jill Wilson »

I'm looking for a silver enamel similar to Hanovia Gold, Thompson Gold, or Duncan Gold. in searching for the silver, I'm no longer finding the gold ones either. So, is there a silver liquid enamel? And, do I need to begin hoarding my remaining bottles of the above named gold ones?
There was a lot of conversation about the golds in the past, but I'm not finding them under search.

There are platinum and palladium for the silver color. Hereaus is now the premier manufacturer of precious metal lustres. There are also Chinese knockoffs.

Unique Glass Colors makes a couple metallic paints that work fairly well and are very inexpensive. I'm hoarding my bottles of the real stuff!
