I want to use 3 layers of thin glass to make a pendant. I have a few questions. Will I get bubbles if they are all uncut pieces? The size would be about 1" x 1.75". Should they all be cut the same size or should the top piece be slightly bigger? What kind of firing schedule do I need? Do I need a bubble squeeze ? Any input would be appreciated.

Use a slower than usual rate of advance. A bubble squeeze is essential.
You might use shards of glass around the edge. You might even cut the glass larger than the final size to cut away the marks of the "chads"
