We all have one, right? The piece that was sold or given away as a gift, that you continue to think about and wish you had back? Mine might inspire some of you, way more talented than I, to refine this technique. So, I was experimenting with thick drops to make pendant lights. I didn't like one of my drops, so I then slumped it into a cone-shaped SS bowl. I got such a nice surprise! When the drop compacted into the slump, I got this beautiful organic flowing ribbon around the edge. I had to cold work the outside for hours, then hastily gave away the bowl to my contractor. I have not tried to recreate it, but there's not a month that goes by that I didn't wish I had it back.
