Using Bending Glaze

I have two tacked pieces that have devit on them. Both have dichro on them. Has anyone used Bending Glaze on dichro? Wondering if I should spray the whole piece and refire at a slumping temp. If not compatible with dichro, would brushing the bending solution on the devitted areas help, or create more of a mess?
