Hi Mike.
Do you know what caught on fire in the kiln?
Maybe it was just smoke from the kiln paper not vented?

After trying to clean it, maybe try a little cerium oxide with a wet cloth. To polish the surface. Hopefully it is not ruined.

Hi
Thank you.
I used thinfire paper of bullseye..and you are right.. Maybe was the fumes not vented.
It was not easy to clean but i did in the end.
So in which case i have to vent the kiln? And how?
