Ceramic gold luster

Hi,
Can I use the ceramic gold luster for fused glass?
I did use it but it has like stain and puddles on the glass.
I fired to 1300F or do I need to fire higher? Thanks

Works fine on glass
Needs to be applied very thin, not puddling.
Vent the kiln up to 1000 then close.
Works well but is difficult to apply.

Forgot:
Two types, but you probably have the one that fully matures at about 1350 (but 1300 usually works fine)
Other kind matures lower.

I do all of that but still not good, maybe it's that band I'm using, I didn't had these problems on the glass but this one is the first time I purchased from pottery Supply before I had one been given to me and was fine, and before that I purchased from fused glass supplies

I don't know, it doesn't say on the bottle, I bought it from the pottery Supply

That is quite unusual. The stuff is quite precious and usually is sold in a small (2dram) sealed bottle.

I suspect you two are talking about two different products. The term "luster" is often used to refer to anything that's shimmery. For example, Thompson uses the word "luster" to refer to their micas.

Heapsy, to you have a link to the pottery supplier that sold you the product? Or is there more information on the label than just the name?

Its about real liquid gold.
They don't have a link.
But I just got reply I asked about what temperature to fire, so he said 720 Celsius (1328F) and I fired it to 704 Celsius (1299F) so maybe that is the reason
