Trying to remember name

I'm hoping someone, who was a member back when the Warm Glass Board first started, will remember the name of the gentleman who used to create custom wrought iron display stands for many of us. My memory is telling me he was from the AZ area but my memory can play tricks nowadays.
I know he stopped making the stands and Dave Hardell in MD started making them around same time. Does anyone remember the name of that person? Below is a photo of one of his Wave sculpture stands. Thanks.
