Thanks everyone for the suggestions and clarifications.

Special thanks to Nita's husband Bill for putting me on the path to Surplus Center on the Internet. They have a huge selection of surplus, new sprockets. I just ordered a #50 chain 40 tooth sprocket with a 1 1/2" bore for only $17. They also had some very nice (115 vac) solenoid valves for 1/4 npt water supply. They should be perfect to turn the spray on when I turn on my various grinders. (only $5/ea.)

All the pieces should be in place by next week so I can start construction.
