Blank computer screen

HELP!!!! I have an olympic kiln with the V6-CF controller. We just moved our studio into our very own building!!!!! Yeah!!! But when I plugged my kiln in to fire, I have a blank screen on my controller. Of coarse, Bartlett is not open on the weekend and I am stressing without my baby working. Does anyone have any ideas? Yes, I did go to the Bartlett web page and there is no info on this type of problem. Thanks so much! Kerry

Are you sure you have power to the outlet?

Yes, finally got an electrician to come out. He found a loose wire and now I am back in business. Hurray!!!! Thanks! Kerry
