Using baked Sculpey as a mold?

I have used Sculpey to make a shape to pour mold mix over to make a mold for casting.
I have used Sculpey to form a shape, baked it, then poured mold mix in it to make a mold.

Has anyone ever taken Sculpey, make the shape you want for draping/slumping, baked it, put kilnwash on it and then used it in your kiln? I'm talking a very small mold

I have a project for a fundraiser due in two weeks and it would save time if I could use the Sculpey. But with my time limit, I don't have time to do a lot of experimenting........so I would see if any of youall have tried it.

Thanks,
Vernelle

Sculpey (and Fimo) are plastics -- they'll burn up at slumping or fusing temps. I believe the fumes produced when burned are toxic.
