I want to try the melt pot,

Do i need kiln wash on the melt pot (aka flower pot)? all these scarpes it is nice to use them up.

No, do not kiln wash the pot or the kiln wash will flow into the glass and ruin it. You do need to have a good layer of kiln wash on your shelf and I also kiln wash any furniture that I use to hold up the pot, just in case. Once the pot is cool, lift it out by lifting the glass off the kiln shelf and score the “dripâ€

Thank you, as soon as I get the supports to hold the pot i will do this.
