Mounting flat panels vertically for display on flat surface

Hello all,
Long time reader, first time poster.
I have a plan to do a tryptych fused glass piece, using the kiln-carving technique that I learned at the BE gallery last Winter. The three pieces are to be about 5" W by15 " H. They are not going to be slumped (other than the kiln carving). I want to display them vertically, but do not want to have the stand behind the panels. I understand that the soution will have to be part of the display as well. If anyone has images that could show a way to do this, please let me know. I have a few ideas, but it is hard to describe them textually, or if someone lives in the Portland OR area that would want to meet up at BE some day and have a brainstorming session, that would be great too.
