Melting Slag Glass

:?: Hi everyone! I am new to this and wonder if anyone has tried melting slag glass. I know that it will depend on the thickness etc as far as the timing goes, but has anyone worked with this and can give me some tips? I would like to melt pieces to put on the bottom of windchimes. Thanks much! Renee
