Applying Fiber Mold Hardner

To apply fiber board mold hardner (rigidizer), after you fire the binders out of the fiber board, do you literally soak the fiber board in rigidizer? Then let it air dry for a few days? Is there a one, two, three instruction for this process anywhere? Thanks, Sheryl

I have usually put the ridgidizer on before I burn the binders out. Once you burn the binders out there is nothing left to hold the ceramic fibers together, that's why you need to ridgidize it first, IMHO.
