Laminated Glass?

Post by K Boggs »

I have been hunting around for info on the technique and so far haven't found a thing. So.... What is going on when people laminate glass as in the work by James Shaw and Steve Ledterman? Is the glass fused together or are they gluing things together like some optical lenses?

Thanks and hiyas!

Glued with special optically clear adhesive and hours of cold working.

Hxtal epoxy. $1000 per gallon at HIS glassworks. That was the price, last I knew, a few years ago.
