Welder's clothing is available from any safety supply house, Grainger, McMaster-Carr http://www.mcmaster.com or Galeton http://www.galeton.com. You can but the jackets or just the sleeves. Gloves are usually Zetex Plus and are available (relatively inexpensively) from Galeton, and most glass distributors.
