				Printer friendly version of threads

				I've updated the software for the board to allow for printing an entire thread in a user friendly format (instead of with all the tables and other clutter). To use this, just call up the thread you want to print, then at the top of the thread you'll see a small photo of a printer (to the right of the boxes that say "New Topic" and "Post Reply".
Click on the printer and you'll get a printer friendly version of the entire thread. For threads that go on more than one page, you can print out each page separately.

				Brad... what about that funny little symbol (:ll:) ? Does it mean print all the pages? or just go to the final page? I clicked & it went to the final post of the thread (the "Thoughtful art" thread) but I couldn't tell if it was just the last bit of the entire thing...
Thanks for doing this!
Also, wasn't that "Throughtful Art" thread something like 9 pp the other day? Now it's only 7 pp?

I'm not sure what you mean by "funny little symbol". Where's it at?
Yes, the thread was more pages the other day. I made another change to have a few more posts per page. All the posts are there, just on fewer pages.

After you click the printer symbol, you get the following:
"Goto page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7  Next  :||: "
It's the symbol to the right of the word "Next" ....

BUT I don't know why when I copied it into the above post.. the icon face appeared!

				That symbol means "no pagination". It combines all of the pages into one.

Right, I should have mentioned that. If you don't click on the symbol, you can print each page of the thread separately. By clicking, you get everything in one
long page.

				Thanks, Brad. This will save a lot of time. I won't have to use "reveal codes" to erase extraneous stuff.

				I think this is wonderful. I wish I had had time to read this earlier, been ctrl c and ctrl v for weeks. I'd have had much more time all around. That should teach me to pay attention and READ! thanks again,
