WAVE MOLD + BUBBLE

I fused a large piece and it came out fine- smooth as could be...When I slumped into the BE wave mold it created a indentation (not exactly a bubble). Fused flat again, fine----slumped again- same result...My wave mold is good - used it on other items with no problems. What could be happening with this crazy thing? (Piece is be double roled clear with design of thin glass)
