I just bought a ceramic gold pen and can't get it to work. I marked the glass with it, fired it, and nothing. Am I missing something?
Thanks for any help,
Peggy

Evidently, you got the new ZEN PEN. Just imagine the gold lines and dots.

But seriously, did you get the kind where pressure on the tip forces the tip back into the pen, and brown liquid (gold) comes out? You should have seen a line, or dot, or mark, of this brown liquid, if the pen was working.

Depress the tip several times to begin the flow of ink.. . then watch out! It starts to come out fast and in a thick line. I have some of those pens too, but think the little Kemper cup pen does a much better job. If you're looking for a heavy application though, those pre-filled marker/pens are good for that.

Didn't know I'd have to get forceful with it...but yeah, that did the trick. Thanks!
