Newbie with question

Post by Stella »

I recently received my new Paragon Fusion 7 and have had a ton of fun with it (can't wait to see my electric bill). I've done a few pieces with 2 to 3 levels of stacking using the firing instructions I found on this site. I now want to try something using more mosaic-like using one level. I was wondering if there is a chart somewhere with different firing schedules depending on the size of the piece and how many pieces of glass are being stacked. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Stella

Stella-
Glass seeks a 1/4", so if you only use one layer of 1/8th" pieces, it will draw up. Try using a clear base under your mosaic bits if you want the shape to retain its form.
