What kind of stainless steel is used for molds? 306? 304?

I use 304 stainless for my molds. I sometimes fire my molds quite hot, like in the high 1400's, and they still work fine. 304 is the most common grade of stainless steel. There are grades that are rated hotter, but you don't need to spend extra for that.
