REFiRING MELT ON HIGH TEMPRATURE
Posted: Thu Feb 07, 2013 4:41 am
Hello every body,
So I made another melt.....
I want to do strip fusing around it and have a complete piece.
The piece's size is 27c'm by 23 c'm, 6 milimeter thick.
I would like to go again as high as 1700 degrees, as I like the way the glass becomes at this high temp. My hesitation is whether it will not have bad effect on the melt - by taking it again to such high temp.
Anybody with experience in this? Should I take the risk, or not?
as usual, many thanks in advance,
Havi
