screening sandblast media

I know someone out there has run across good screens, so where can I get some. I have been using fine mesh screen but that really is not the best. I have seen the scientific test sieves, but they are expensive at about $50 or more apiece. Ideally I would like to get a set, such as 80, 120, 180, 220 at least and maybe 400 after that. I not only want to get the big junk separated out, but keep my grit fairly consistent. I have two pots, and want to keep one for rough and one for fine.

Thanks

Dick

Dick- good to see you back here, hope all's well.
I think screening the stuff to separate it before putting it back in the proper pot is going to be slow and very messy, unlike a coarse screen to get the lumps out. I'd opt for another cabinet instead.

Thanks Marty, slow but sure I hope to get back in shape! Trying to set up a studio in 400 sq ft after 2600 sq ft is a challenge to say the least. Thanks for the reply
