White decal or other images

I have a project where I need a few copies of a white dove fused on/between clear. The spread wings have fine details. something like this

Of course I will use my own design variant.

Etching on Tekta did not have enough contrast. Sandblasting should be better.
Up to now the best rsult was cutting the dove in 2mm fiber paper, slumping Tekta over it, turning upside down and filled with white powder. That is not exactly a production method.

Any suggestions

Try making your own flashed glass, either with blue frit or blue vitreous enamel, Then sandblast through the blue. You could also screen print the white, or have custom decals made.

Bert's "make your own flash glass "suggestion would be the first choice (here.)

But that being said a simple screen printing of it would work great also. Barry Kaiser sells everything you need to do it and his support is VERY good. And considering what you are doing, you won't need to make a big $$$ investment/

Email him or go to his website.

If you have the Bullseye video subscription, look for Stacy Smith's screen printing with powdered frit demonstrations. I don't know if that's the same as Barry's--silk screening with a mesh that admits powder, basically. It's very exact and reproducible.
