Photo fusing paper

what would be the color of non printed photo paper after fusing as I need a crystal clear sheet to prevent mica from sticking to top glass .

If you are talking about the decal paper, it burns away during fusing.
If you have mica on top of the clear area, the mica will stay in place( actually it moves some as the paper burns). It will not be removed, nor will the glass be protected.
