another newbie question

how are declas used? do you put them on and then fire? I saw some that were really neat looking-kind of metallic, like dichroic, thanks Gayle

You apply the decals according to the directions on the back of the package. You put them on the glass, let it dry, then fire. Usually there is a suggested firing range printed, esp. if it is a metallic decal.

Are these the decal designs you are thinking about?

Carefree Luster decal sheets at the bottom left of the page.

They are mica powder decals.

Best applied to darker colors for the most vivid effect, may tend to disappear on clear glass.
