The governor of Oregon has issued an order that "requires Bullseye to stop the use of lead, arsenic, beryllium, cadmium, chromium compounds, cobalt, manganese, nickel, and selenium in uncontrolled furnaces for 10 days." This basically shuts Bullseye down (with the possible exception of one furnace that currently has a baghouse filter installed).

I hope it's so the DEQ can assess whether the lead is coming from the Bullseye plant or some other local sources including the nearby construction that Jim Jones mentioned.

Fingers crossed.
