Posting a picture?

Is there a tutorial somewhere that tells me how to post a picture?

When you go to make a post, scroll down to the bottom of the box you type in. Click on the tab that says Attachments, click on "Add Files". That will let you browse to your computer and find the file. Once it uploads, it will show up at the bottom of the post or you can click on "Place Inline" to have it display in the middle of a post.

Pictures must be jpg and can't be bigger than around 400K.
