Hello everybody
I found, the hard way, that if I anneal a piece which is 0.75", or thicker, it is safer for me to use annealing soak at 960 degrees, rather than the 'new' schedule to do the soak at 900 degrees.

Has anyone else noted this difference?

For what it's worth, Jody still anneals at 960F. The one time she tried at 900F she had the only annealing problem she's ever had.

Like i said.
I also had a lot of problems, once I annealed thicker, a bit thicker pieces at 900.

I wonder if others have also notices it....
