Pot Melt Bubbles and Pits

Is there any way to prevent or get rid of the dozens of small bubbles and pits on the surface of a pot melt? After sandblasting and a second fusing it looks better but the pits are still there.

I always hold my melts at around 1500 F for about 45 min to an hour.

My program:
1- 250/hr to 1000 hold 15
2- 250/hr to 1100 hold 15
3- 450/hr to 1685 hold 90
4- AFAP to 1520 hold 45
5- AFAP to 900 hold 60
6- 100/hr to 750 hold 15
